Botanical Garden

We have gone to the San Antonio Botanical Gardens a million times but we have never gone all the way back to this far corner where there was a castle hiding. This will be on our list of things to see from now on, of this I am sure. I love castles and princesses and flowers!

Watch Out Little Boy!

We went to the zoo and I wanted to get a picture of the zebra. As I looked back at my photos I realized that somehow this little boy got an up close look during feeding time. Where are the zookeepers?

Riverwalk Extension

We went to the Farmers Market and also went down to the new Riverwalk Extension. I found a nice place for some frogs to rest but there were no frogs to be found. So, if you know of any frogs that are looking for a new home you can share this picture with them.

May Flowers

My mom bought some new plants for the garden and we worked together at planting some in pots that we then put around the garden. I got a picture of my mom's really messy hands after she was done. Below, are some plants that I potted with the help of my brother.

Art Preservation

It is a lot of fun playing with my blocks but I can become very sad at how quickly my art can be destroyed (by my brother)! So, after I had completed this masterpiece I decided to memorialize it with a few pictures so I could remember it before it was too late. I think that this is why I enjoy my camera a little more these days than my blocks.

Magical Kingdom

My grandma and grandpa took us to Disney Land last week. I got to meet princesses and found a really beautiful castle that belongs to Cinderella. I got my dad to pose while waiting in line to talk to the Little Mermaid. She loved my sparkle shoes. I loved her tail. We were both impressed with ourselves.

Macro Economics

My dad has an obsession with coffee. He orders his beans from Illinois, puts them in a coffee bean preserver, grinds them fresh daily with his conical grinder, and then uses his imported coffee maker from Denmark (that doesn't even allow fro presetting or automatic shut off) every day. I have pictured his excess above. Don't even get me started with his wine obsession.

It is this type of investment that prevents me from obtaining a wonderful macro lens to catch nature's wonders! So, I bring to you a picture, as best as I can with my limited resources, and will allow you to imagine what could have been in this fleeting moment with better technology. My humble apolgies.
